What makes cities wild? You do. We do.

We are living in a world where human perception of nature is often one of fear and misconception, where bears and sharks are sure to devour and every one of a billion different bacteria is harmful. Yet those who are lucky enough to reconnect with nature will describe themselves as being healed from something that they never even knew they were suffering. Birds offer an amazing opportunity to reconnect with nature in urban spaces. Visible, active and sure to surprise – birds can lead the inquisitive to discover wildness still thriving in the very heart of human invention, and hopefully to discover the wildness that still exists in their own hearts as well.
