We want to hear from you if you'd like to support the campaign in your city.

Get Involved

We’re always looking for on-the-ground project leaders, neighborhood outreach leaders, communications/social media interns, bloggers and team members who are passionate about wild nature in our cities. Please reach out to us if this sounds like you! We might also be able to connect you to leaders at some of our partner organizations and Champions in your city.

I want to get involved!

Wild places are the root of everything we are and give us perspective on our role in the global ecosystem. Wild places aren’t just what we can see on land, but also what lies beneath the waters off our coasts. Just off the beaches of coastal cities lie wild oceans and waterways, home to incredible ecosystems. These waters bring untamed nature right to our doorstep – which can both mesmerize and terrify. Sharks are the ambassadors of these systems. Healthy waters support healthy shark populations and our relationship with sharks speaks to the ways in which we understand or misunderstand what it means to live on a wild planet. We need the world’s major cities to understand the value of – and prioritize the protection of – sharks around the world and right out their back door.
